printable versionThe National Association of Multicultural Rehabilitation Concerns (NAMRC), in conjunction with NRA Annual Training Conference, will be hosting a pre-conference on Thursday, October 23, 2008 and Friday, October 24, 2008.
The preconference will focus on best practices and contemporary research on providing rehabilitation services to persons of differing racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
Along with concurrent sessions on Thursday from 1 pm – 5:30 pm, the preconference will provide opportunity for poster presentations, and a featured training session on Friday from 10 am – 1 pm.
The purpose of the preconference is to promote cultural diversity and disability by striving for excellence and equity in rehabilitation research, education, and practice. NAMRC looks forward to meeting you in St. Louis.
